Villa Gianna is an outbuilding (90 square meters) of a manor house, built with local materials in accordance with the traditions, immersed in a beautiful garden of 2000 square meters. equipped with swimming pool and solarium functional during the summer. The annex, like all the property, is well guarded, bounded and protected, reachable from Via Maiorisi, connected with it by a private tree-lined avenue, equipped with an electric gate.
